There is a saying "they are not building any more Ocean front property. Now lets consider Marina's. Rare as Rocking Horse Poo.

In Perth we have a lot of Boat owners and not enough Marina Berths. The Metro Marina's generally have a 12 - 18 Month back log of boat owners trying to find a Berth for their Dream Machine.
